He founded the Molfetta team in 2018 and continues to earn the trust of clients by prioritizing a high level of service in all aspects of the business.

The Molfetta team initially focused their real estate business in Rockland and Bergen counties. As the team has grown, they’ve expanded into Orange, Westchester, Passaic and Hudson counties.

With agents offering extensive experience in their local markets, they help clients buy and sell everything from condos to high-end luxury properties. Jon Paul currently focuses his time as the listing specialist and continues to touch all aspects of the business.

Jon Paul’s approachable demeanor and ability to connect easily with people has contributed to his success. Upon meeting every client, he seeks to understand their vision and carefully crafts a plan to meet their needs. He stays well informed at every step of the process, is accessible, and maintains relationships with preferred industry resources such as photographers, stagers, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and contractors.

Jon Paul’s team includes three buyer agents, a Director of Operations and an Executive Administrator who manage and oversee his residential and commercial real estate transactions.

His goal is to instill comfort and confidence in each client that he will serve as the shepherd of their deal, carefully guiding them and his team every step of the way.

When not selling real estate, Jon Paul enjoys staying physically fit and finding balance in life. His wide range of interests include interior design and construction, cooking, exercise, music, and coaching his daughter in soccer. Jon Paul and his family currently live in Mahwah, NJ.
